Lamar Odom discusses his drug overdose in ‘The Doctors’ Interview, Streetz94.5 got the scoop
Lamar Odom was checking into a rehabilitation facility to maintain his sobriety. A snippet of his interview on ‘The Doctors’ will air with the 2011 NBA Sixth Man of the Year where he opened up about his drug overdose at a brothel in Nevada. Odom stated, “I wasn’t in a good place mentally, especially mentally before that incident happened,” “Me and my wife at the time [Khloé Kardashian] were going through some things. I was in a dark place. They say everything happens for a reason, so I guess the reason is I’m here. I can tell the story.” Check it out below:
After airing the brief clip, Dr. Stork revealed that the interview was aired “a number of weeks ago.” The rest of the interview won’t be aired until Odom completes his rehab treatment and can appear on the show in person. Sh
