Last year, Yandy and Mendeecees had a huge and beautiful wedding that was televised on Love & Hip-Hope: New York. This was prior to Mendeecees receiving the news of his 8-year prison sentence.
According to Shade Room, there is a clip for tonight’s episode of LHHNY, and in the scene, Yandy made a confession that she is not legally married to Mendeecees.
“I have a union with Mendeecees, but I did not go into a partnership with Mendeecees and the government,” said Yandy, leaving her friends in shock.
It is rumored that they were not legally married because once they were married through the government, their assets would be joined. This would leave Yandy effected if any outside people try to get some of Mendeecees money while he isn’t around.
Hours later Mendeecees posted on his Instagram and made it know that Yandy is his “MOTHER F&%Kin WIFE til the death.”
