WHAT LEAD TO THE STABBING?
Two men were drinking at a bar in Pasco, Washington on Wednesday night, which later turned into a physical altercation leaving a man stabbed in his neck.
According to witnesses, both men were having a discussion about varies of topics. Once they began to talk about politics, that is when things started to heat up. Raymond Williams, stated to Alvaro Campos-Hernandez, he was in favor of the changes that President-Elect Trump wants to make.
After the heated argument, both men went their separate ways, Williams called Campos-Hernandez a racial slur. No info on the slur but it made Campos-Hernandez walk back towards Williams yelling, “Say it again,” repeatedly.
After another verbal altercation, Campos-Hernandez had Williams in a headlock and had a 7.5 inch knife to his throat. Then Williams pulled out a knife on his own. The two men wrestled on the ground which ended with William suffering a injury to his windpipe. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment. William is in stable condition and Campos-Hernandez was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault.
