BLACK EXTRADITED TO FACE CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT CHARGES

Kodak Black was released from St. Lucie County jail in Fla. Monday (Nov. 28), but he’s hardly free. Instead, he’s to be extradited to Florence, S.C. where he’ll face charges of criminal sexual conduct, reports the Sun Sentinel.

Kodak Black is currently being transported to Florence, South Carolina from a county jail in Florida, where he’ll now face criminal sexual conduct charges.

At only 19-years-old, Black’s had his fair share of drama in the courtroom. He narrowly escaped a lengthy prison sentence when lawyers from his label, Atlanatic Records, lobbied on his behalf in court.

Kodak was later arrested once again, this time for criminal sexual conduct and sexual battery. Black’s being accused of engaging in sexual battery of a victim at a hotel in a city he was performing at. Representatives of Kodak’s camp say they are hopeful that he’ll be freed of these allegations soon and will be able to continue his music career.
