MAN RAPES HIS 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND GETS SENTENCED TO 60 DAYS!A Montana Judge sentences a Montana Rapist a very lightly 60 days for repeatedly raping his 12 year old daughter. The prosecution recommended sentencing the man 25 years in prison, however the Judge ruled otherwise. He will not due time, in addition to that the man will serve 60 days in jail with time served, so that means the man will only do another 43 days.
Judge Mckeon defended his ruling for the man by saying that the sex offender treatment specialist suggested the man needed rehabilitation and was at a low risk to repeat his crime.
How does a man get charged 4 or 5 years now in days for a weed charge, but for rape only 60 days with time served? The court system needs to do some serious reevaluating.
