The New Jersey native rapper was scheduled to hit the stage at 5 PM on Sunday, and at 5:40 PM, it was announced that Fetty Wap would not be performing due to travel delays. The school reported that no refunds will be given in lieu of the mishap, and thousands of college students are demanding that Fetty Wap himself foots the bill. Better show up or pay up, Fetty.
