Almost four months ago a shooting at the T.I. concert happened leaving one dead and three severely injured. Fast forward to today and yet another lawsuit has surfaced where two more fans who attended the concert are suing Live Nation and Irving Plaza. According to TMZ, these two individuals who were at the concert claim they sustained serious injuries during the shootout, although neither of them were shot. They are suing because the venue failed to properly secure the people entering the building. They claim they “suffered physical injuries and mental anguish” after being trampled.
Well known rapper Troy Ave, whose bodyguard was killed in the shootout has filed a similar lawsuit even though he was arrested and charged with attempted murder. Troy Ave still maintained his innocence stated he was shooting in self-defense. Keep it lock with us at Streetz945.com for more info
