Shake Shack to Launch First Downtown Atlanta Spot in Centennial Yards

Atlanta is about to welcome its first Shake Shack in the downtown core, as the nationwide burger favorite has signed on to be part of the ambitious Centennial Yards redevelopment. CIM Group+2WSB-TV Channel 2 – Atlanta+2


Where & When

  • The new location will sit adjacent to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena in the heart of downtown. WSB-TV Channel 2 – Atlanta+1

  • The space is about 3,010 square feet and will be part of the development’s Entertainment District. CIM Group+2AJC+2

About Centennial Yards

Centennial Yards is a massive 50-acre, $5 billion mixed-use development aimed at transforming underutilized land in downtown Atlanta. WSB-TV Channel 2 – Atlanta+2CIM Group+2

The plan includes:

  • Retail, dining, entertainment, hotel, office, and residential components

  • An 8-acre Entertainment District where Shake Shack will be located
