Atlanta-based HBCU Spelman College has been awarded a remarkable $38 million gift from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott β a fully unrestricted donation allowing the institution to allocate funds where most needed. FOX 5 Atlanta

This is the second major contribution Scott has made to Spelman β in 2020, she donated $20 million, which was directed toward scholarships and the institutionβs endowment. FOX 5 Atlanta
