Atlanta police said they are investigating a shooting at a club early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to a report of a person shot at Vivide Atlanta on Marietta Boulevard around 2 a.m. Sunday. There, officers found spent shell casings and damage to cars, but no one with injuries. A man was subsequently dropped off at the hospital with a gunshot wound, but police said they were unable to speak with him. Police did not say if his injuries were connected to the shooting at the club.

There have been several recent violent incidents at clubs in Atlanta this year.

In January, a man was shot and killed after a fight at the Blue Flame Lounge in southwest Atlanta and two people were shot in midtown after walking outside a nightclub on Crescent Avenue. In the same month, Loca Luna in northeast Atlanta lost its lease and shut down after a shooting in its parking lot.
