Damon Dash says open up the books so he can see how much he’s owed!
Damon Dash says his ex, Rachel Roy, has been hiding money that are legitimately his – the products of her design organization’s works – so he’s suing her for fraud.
Dame is irritated about the Rachel Roy Brands of garments – which incorporate a few lines Rachel sells in Bloomingdales and comparable retail establishments. In his suit, he says the organization is FLUSH … winning benefits in the millions every year. His issue is his cut of that pie.
As per docs, got by TMZ, Dame claims Rachel plotted with a few different organizations associated with keeping RRB above water … to shroud the measure of cash that was expected to go in Dame’s pockets.
Rachel and co. purportedly submitted fake bookkeeping retained installments and underestimated a lot of RRB. Woman says he was a unique individual from Rachel’s organization when she shaped it in 2008 – they were as yet wedded at that point – and all things considered, he’s qualified for sovereignties.
As far as Dame is concerned, the supposed shell game with his cash began in 2014 when a royalty installment of $175,000 was retained. He guarantees that it happened again in 2015 with a $200,000 check.
In the suit, Damon says he had a verbal concurrence with Rachel that she would re-buy his enthusiasm for RRB for $1 million – yet she reneged with no clarification.
