Gervonta Davis is battling the local battery criminal accusation coming from the viral video with his infant mom. As indicated by court records acquired by The Blast, Gervonta’s legal counselor entered the plea in court for the fighter.
He is booked to show up in court on March 3. The case originates from a viral video indicating an episode among Davis and his child mom during a cause b-ball game. In the video, Davis is seen moving toward his ex and getting her by the neck. He continued to haul her out of the seat and to the rear of the scene.
Davis as of late turned himself into Coral Gables Police Department and was captured on a misdemeanor simple battery domestic violence charge. He was discharged hours after the fact subsequent to posting a bond.
As a feature of his discharge, Davis has been requested to avoid the mother of his child while the criminal case is pending. He isn’t to approached his ex or reach her in any capacity.
Davis composed this message after the video became famous online as he denies physically assaulting the mother of his child, I never once hit her, yea I was aggressive and told her to come on… that’s the mother of my child I would never hurt her other than that happy New Years… January was trash.”
