Rapper Kodak Black shares his experience of how he has been unlawfully treated.
As per reports, the rapper has been moved to another jail. Pompano Beach, Florida rapper Kodak Black keeps on serving out his 46-month jail sentence. Back in November 2019, Kodak took a plea deal to the firearm charges against him, yet as per updates on the rapper’s social media account, his time in jail has been a frightening one. He was allegedly associated with a physical altercation with a guard, and a week ago an extensive message was shared by means of his Instagram page where the rapper expressed, “They are strategically killing me slowly in here.”
On Wednesday (January 22), a report by Miami’s 7News states that Kodak’s mom, Marcelene Simmons, has procured lawyer Benjamin Crump who has likewise functioned as Trayvon Martin’s family legal counselor. As per the outlet, Simmons and Crump blame the jail for disregarding Kodak’s social equality as he’s blamed the establishment for denying him nourishment and medical care while being physically manhandled in the slammer.
“We know something happened in that prison,” Crump said. “We believe they intentionally moved him, so he couldn’t meet with his attorneys.” While weeping, Marcelene said, “If my son dies, I’m gonna kill myself, too. Please, please, I need help.” She added, “I want to make sure my son is OK,” said Simmons. “I want to make sure they don’t kill my son… My son is everything to me.”
