Kodak Black is taking back what he said about Yung Miami. The rapper that promises to ‘keep it too real’ just admitted that, as a man, his recent comments were not his best reflection of himself. He took to Twitter to post apologies to Yung Miami and her baby daddy 808 Mafia producer Southside. This is what he said:
“Yung Miami, gimmicks are for suckas. As I sit back I realize how petty that move was and how as a man it’s certain things we refrain from,” said Kodak.
In his follow-up post he addressed Southside:
“Ain’t no smoke with you bra, fuck that lame shit,” he posted. “I pray y’all have a healthy baby and a prosperous life. Besides, bitch, we got more hits to make.”
Kodak had the internet buzzing after he dropped a freestyle from jail dissing, the pregnant rapper Yung Miami saying:
“I bought Yung Miami a ring, she wanted 808 baby/When I see her I’ma hit that bitch in her stomach/The way I keep my shit too real, they say I’m fucking up my money.”
The shot drew a reaction from Southside who responded, “Hey, somebody tell Kodak suck a dick. How ’bout that? Get out of jail first, pussy.”
Seems like Kodak is using his free time right now to do some necessary self-reflecting. We’re glad to see him taking the high road.
