Tuesday evening there were quite a few drivers who found themselves lucky when $175,000 was spilled on I-285. According to Channel 2 Action News police have been encouraging drivers to return all of the money or they will potentially face charges.
With about 15 cars that stopped in the middle of the busy highway, police have reported six people who have turned in over $4,000 including Randall Lewis. “Shout out to my mom and dad,” stated Lewis, “They trained me very well”.
Dunwoody police thanked Lewis for returning the money and urged others to do the same.
