LHHNY reality star and rapper Brittney Taylor found herself in handcuffs and slapped with a restraining order for allegedly assaulting a woman in a luxury Manhatten apartment complex. The restraining order came only days after Brittney filed a lawsuit against Remy Ma for punching her in the eye. Taylor publicized the incident with Remy Ma on social media claiming to be the victim but after reports of this new assault, speculations of Brittney being the aggressor are raising.
The Manhatten woman that was assaulted is allegedly Remy Ma’s witness in the ‘black eye case,’ filed by Taylor. According to police reports, Brittney scratched up the woman’s neck and threw a cell phone at her that hit her in the face.
The temporary order of protection filed by the judge states that Brittney must stay away from the woman, and if she’s got any firearms she got to give them up to the cops. The restraining order is in effect until December 14. She is expected to answer to the charges in court July 8, where her attorney has declared that he will be asking for the charges to be dropped, “in the interest of justice.” It is still unclear what he means by ” in the interest of justice.”
