As we previously reported, Kodak Black was arrested earlier this month during Rolling Loud weekend in Miami falsifying information on federal forms to purchase a 9 mm handgun, a .380-caliber and gun, and a semi-automatic mini draco, one of which was found on the scene of a shooting. Following his arrest, Kodak pled not guilty and a Miami judge initially granted his release on a $550,000 bond and house arrest, but unfortunately for Kodak, Judge Moreno revoked that decision. During a court hearing on Wednesday afternoon, Moreno referred to Kodak Black as a “danger to the community” and has ordered him to remain behind bars until his trial.
