Kodak Black Ordered to Submit DNA Samples in SC Rape Case
Kodak Black is facing serious charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct stemming from an arrest back in November 2016. Kodak is now required to submit DNA samples including blood and saliva samples for the case. If Kodak doesn’t follow these orders he runs the risk of being in contempt of court. Three years ago, Kodak was accused of raping a high school student at a hotel after one of his concerts in South Carolina. Investigators found a DNA profile match from the initial sample they retrieved from the girl in 2016 that lined up with Kodak. If this doesn’t go well for Kodak he could be facing a whopping 30 years in prison.
