In 2016 Derrick was accused of rape along with two other friends and it has been an ongoing legal battle since then. We know things like this can tarnish your reputation especially if found guilty but lucky for Derrick he is actually off the hook. A judge ordered the woman to pay Rose in relation to her failed appeal to her original loss in court. The woman known as ‘Jane Doe’ in court documents will have to pay exactly $2,001 in fees to Rose.
