CARDI B TO PERFORM AT SUPER BOWL
According to a TMZ, Cardi B, who is featured on Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You” is said to be in talks to not only perform the hit track during the halftime show but also give fans a Super Bowl set of her own.
Cardi is reportedly fielding “a lot” of other performance offers for February, with the main contingent in the alleged Super Bowl discussions being a solo set.
Maroon 5 had been chosen to perform as the headline. The group is receiving backlash, mostly centered around the fact that next year’s Super Bowl is being held in Atlanta, which is undeniably the current music capital of the United States.
Instead of choosing an artist that represents that history such as Gucci Mane, Migos, Future, T.I. or Outkast they instead chose a radio pop band from Los Angeles.”
