LeBron James and Kevin Durant were peacemakers.
Although most assumed that the Draymond Green-Tristan Thompson beef would end during the NBA Finals, they managed to carry it over more than a month later at the 2018 ESPYs when LeBron and Durant reportedly had to break up their beef yet again. However, Thompson managed to reportedly get one shot in on Green before the fight was broken up, according to sources.
“They had on-court drama during last month’s the NBA Finals, and it looks like Tristan Thompson and Draymond Green’s beef was far from settled.
It was none other than their fellow teammates LeBron James and Kevin Durant then quickly stepped in to break up the fracas, we’re told. James apparently had enough and left the party shortly after the alleged incident.”
Spokespersons for the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers haven’t confirmed this report and Green and Thompson have yet to publicly speak about this. Furthermore, there’s been no police report of this incident.
With that being said, if it was a quick scuffle and if the fight only lasted for one punch, it wouldn’t come as a shock if the fight really went down.
