Juelz Santana appeared unbothered about rumors that he needed a mental health evaluation. In an Instagram post uploaded on Sunday July 1, Santana wrote, “U Crazy For 4 Believing Every Thing U Hear.”

Reports that federal pretrial services officer Jennifer Powers believed Santana is in immediate need of a mental health evaluation and treatment.

She request reportedly received the go-ahead from the judge in Santana’s case immediately.

It’s unclear what exactly Powers observed that caused concern for the Harlem rapper’s mental health.

Santana tried to pass a gun through Newark Liberty International Airport but fled from authorities once it was discovered.  He faces up to 20 years in prison if the charges go to court.

Santana is currently on his third month under house arrest at his mother’s home.
