Jamie Foxx is being accused of sexually assaulting a woman 16 years ago in Las Vegas. According to TMZ, the woman claims that she and a friend were at Foxx’s place when he attempted to get her to perform oral sex. After she denied to go down on Foxx, she claims he slapped her in the face with his penis.
After the alleged assault, the victim says a member of Foxx’s entourage kicked her out the place. She also claims she went to the hospital the next day when she returned to Los Angeles after suffering a severe panic attack.
