Tulsa Real Estate Fund LLC (TREF) is a regulation A+ Tier 2 real estate crowd fund. TREF allows both accredited and non-accredited investors to collectively invest and own real estate projects that are unique, diversified and yield a reasonable rate of return.
TREF offers every member of the community an opportunity to partake in the restructuring and buying back of our community through our “Buy a Brick” campaign. TREF investors can invest a maximum of $50 million down to a minimum of $500 in the Tulsa Real Estate Fund plus processing fees.
