In the video, T.I. was very calm and collected while being booked at the Henry County Jail early Wednesday as he was trying to find an explanation for why he was arrested. The officer responded to T.I., replying he was “acting like a fool”. T.I. is a home owner in the community he was arrested at. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office said T.I. was cited on misdemeanor charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an alleged incident about 4 a.m. in Stockbridge, south of Atlanta. T.I. didn’t have his key and argued with the guard how refused to let him in. His wife, Tiny Harris, confirmed his identity.
