The Royal Wedding of Meghan Markel and Prince Harry will be held this Saturday and sadly, Meghan Markel’s father will not be walking her down the aisle. Meghan has confirmed that her father, Thomas Markel will not be in attendance due to his current health. In regards to her father, hopes he will have the “space to focus on his health.”
On Wednesday, Thomas Markle told TMZ that he successfully completed heart surgery and his doctors implanted multiple stents in his blood vessels. He remains hospitalized, according to TMZ.
“Sadly, my father will not be attending our wedding. I have always cared for my father and hope he can be given the space he needs to focus on his health,” she said.
