In 2016 Katt Williams assaulted a waiter with a salt shaker back and is currently being sued by the waiter he assaulted! On April 27th, 2016Williams and a group of friends had arrived to Spondivits Restaurant in Atlanta, GA where they were greeted by server named Kevin Oliveira, who he explained that there would be a bit of a wait to accommodate the comedian and his party.
Oliveira states that Katt became upset and threw a salt shaker at his face causing “severe injuries.” He says he had to be transported to the hospital to get ten stitches to treat a gash on his lip and mouth.
