TMZ has learned Law enforcement sources in Fulton County, Atlanta said Tommie has been charged with battery with substantial harm by the Solicitor General’s Office.
Tommie has a hearing next week where the two separate issues will be addressed. The first incident was her alleged mall beatdown, and then her 2016 DUI case.
Tommie turned herself in to cops last month, where she was booked. She ended up walking out of jail a day later.
