Because of Meek Mill’s bail, he was forced to remain in the county of Philadelphia.
Recently, the news reported that Meek will be allowed to travel outside of Philadelphia in order to perform at shows. He will also be allowed to live in Montgomery County, rather than being forced to stay in the Philadelphia County.
Meek must submit his travel request for approval 72 hours in advance and he will be taking at least one urine test a month.
His lawyer Joe Tacopina believes he won’t be serving anymore time.”We’re not worried that this case is ever going to stand because the prosecutor and the defense both agree the case needs to be dismissed for constitutional violations and overturned,” the lawyer said. “He’s never going back to jail.”
