Moses Martinez was arrested early Monday for driving his car through a federal government property in southeast Fresno.
Martinez got angry with a women who happened to work at the IRS building. The women honked a horn at him while driving and things went down hill from there.
After the lady honked her horn, Martinez followed her and rammed his car into the IRS security gate, and then drove in circles on the lawn.
He drove away when a security guard called the police. He returned 10 minutes later, busting his car through a fence and the parking lot, damaging the woman’s car. No one was hurt.
Martinez was later located at an apartment where he refused to surrender until he finished his cheeseburger.
