Chance The Rapper is set to deliver Dillard University 2018 Commencement Speech. The university’s president, Dr. Walter M. Kimbrough s is very proud of Chance The Rapper! Kimbrough has wanted chance to make an appearance on the campus of Dillard University Of Louisiana for nearly two years now. He states that Chance is “the artist that your grandmother would love.”
May 12th chance will be on campus ‘historic Avenue of the Oaks’ addressing over 200 students.
