SEXUAL BATTERY AND GROPING LAWSUIT RESURFACED
Boxer Adrien Broner has been cited in a sexual assault lawsuit.
Adrien Broner was arrested and booked into Atlanta’s Fulton County Jail after he allegedly groped the private parts of a woman at the Lenox Square shopping center in February. After his arrest, rumors swirled misdemeanor sexual battery charges over the incident.
The accuser in the case, Kaila Crews, is suing that “at no point had the Plaintiff Broner given permission to touch any part of her body.”
According to court documents, Kalia Crews contends that she has been suffering from emotional distress from the offense.
In the days of Adrien Broner’s arrest, a couple of recordings surfaced to showing him and a friend involved in a heated confrontation with a couple of women and a man who had been accompanying them.
There’s also footage of him being excorted away by two officers.
The Boxer first match is in April.
