T-MOBILE EMPLOYEE ROBERTO SANCHEZ RAMOS, EMAILS HIMSELF SEX VIDEO OFF CUSTOMER’S PHONE

A Florida woman is suing a T-Mobile store employee for invasion of privacy, claiming he stole a sex video while working on her cellphone.

Keely Hightower tells the sources she thought the employee was taking too long when she took her phone to the store in May.

The next day the 24-year-old spotted an unfamiliar email sent from her account with an attachment in the trash folder.

She says the file was a video that she kept on her phone, showing her engaging in sex acts in a bed with another person.

She realized it had been sent by the employee, 26-year-old Roberto Sanchez Ramos, to his personal email address. She called police.

Court records show Ramos pleaded guilty to a computer offense charge and got 6 months in jail. He was released in October.

Keely Hightower, 24, has filed a lawsuit against the company that operates the T-Mobile store in Pinellas Park, Florida and one of their former employees
