KODAK BLACK’S LAWYERS GETS 3 OF HIS CHARGES DROPPED!
Last month after Kodak Black’s home was raided, he was taken into custody on 7 charges including grand theft of a firearm, possession of over 20 grams of marijuana, 2 counts of possession of a weapon by a felon, 2 counts of probation and child neglect since his 2 year old son was in the home at the time.
Kodak is now trying to get all 7 counts dismissed by saying that there is no way to prove that the guns were real.
Kodak’s attorney claims that Kodak and his team “often produce music videos and other promotional videos, as is customary in the industry, using fake firearms and narcotics.” He says he wants all of the charges dropped because they should have never been filed in the first place.
So far the judge has dismissed 3 of the violations including possession of a firearm, grand theft of a firearm, and child neglect. e is currently fighting to get the remaining charges dismissed.
