Omar Epps is facing charges for breaking an actress arm on set while shooting for the USA show, “Shooter”.
She has filed a lawsuit against the actor and Paramount Pictures for negligence and assault and battery.
Actress, Donzaleigh Abernathy, who was at the time 59 years old claims that Omar went completely off script and threw his left forearm with full force at her. According to the legal documents this incident resulted in him braking her arm and injuring her back when he dropped her on to the floor.
