SNOW AND ICE SHUTDOWN THE CITY!
According to WSBTV, road conditions are beginning to improve throughout the metro Atlanta area. Earlier this morning, metro Atlanta experienced a morning full of crashes due to ice and snow.
Georgia’s Department of Transportation has urged people to stay home, off the interstates, and allow the city to work on the roads.
Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan said, “It’s going to be dangerously cold today.”
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for all of north Georgia until Wednesday afternoon.
