SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES AGAINST RAPPER NELLY HAVE BEEN DROPPED!
Due to the refusal of cooperation from the alleged victim, Washington state prosecutors can’t proceed with their rape case against Nelly, so it will be dropped. The woman, a 21-year-old college student, claimed the “Hot in Here “rapper assaulted her on his tour bus at a Wal-Mart. She later told police she didn’t want to press charges.
“She wishes she had not called 911 because she believes the system is going to fail her,” a statement from the alleged victim’s lawyer said. “She never wanted notoriety. She never wanted a dime from that man. She wants to go back to school and to graduate.”
Nelly’s attorney called the allegations “false” and a “fabrication.”
With all the new sexual assault allegations coming forth, it’s difficult to give an opinion on who to believe.
