IS KIRK FROST THE FATHER?
One of the Love & Hip Hop cast member Jasmine Washington claimed to have a baby by Kirk Frost. Everyone knows Frost is married to Rasheeda who recently separated from Frost because of the affair. Frost did not believe he was the father of the baby which led Washington to file a law suit against him. Last year Washington sued Frost to prove to him that he is the father to baby Kannon. According to sources the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star, paternity case has been thrown out by Georgia Family Court Judge Debra Turner.
Turner gave Washington two weeks to serve Frost with her paternity complaint or the case was going to be drop. Washington finally track down Frost and he agreed to accept the service. However, by the time Washington track Frost down it was to late because it was two months after the Judge’s deadline. Therefore, Washington will never get her chance in court on the case. It was never stated if Frost was the father of child. Washington claim Frost gave her allowance and use of a car to exchange for being with him. Once Washington tried to break things off, Frost begin to deny the child.
