Matt Lauer and ALL of these allegations!
Over the last 24 hours, NBC News veteran, Matt Lauer, has suffered a fall from grace of monumental proportions. Lauer reportedly made a salary of $20 million per year! However, that money was terminated on Wednesday when NBC chairman, Andrew Lack, fired Lauer after an employee complained that he had engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior with her. The 59 year-old journalist’s legacy was suddenly out the window.
A variety investigation noted multiple transgressions confirmed y staffers, including a time Lauer allegedly delivered a sex toy to a female co-worker with a note attached, detailing on how he would use it on her. Several staffers followed with other instances of sexual misconduct made by Matt Lauer.
But, it does not stop there. The report claims Lauer had a hidden button under his desk that would remotely lock his office door. A former producer had a few words to say about Matt Lauer and these sexual allegations. Former producer claims many of Lauer’s escapades were consensual, they were still highly inappropriate because of the position of power he held.
“He knew people would never complain,” said former producer.
