Jennifer Hudson has been going back and forth with her ex David Otunga about who will get custody of their child, David Daniel Otunga Jr.
The courts have settled, and primarily custody was granted to David Otunga. In addition, Jennifer Hudson was originally granted a restraining order against David that was dropped by the courts.
We think the primary custody was given to David because Hudson will being in London filming “The Voice UK”.
The couple was together for ten years, and will now officially be parting ways.
