‘Glee’ star, Naya Rivera is being charged with physically attacking her husband! According to CNN, In West Virginia Rivera was arrested this past Saturday for fighting her significant other, Ryan Dorsey after the police arrived from a criminal complaint.
Dorsey claims his head injury and hits to the his bottom lip were from Rivera while they strolling with their child down the street.
Ryan had the video footage to prove it that led to Rivera’s arrest.
The 30 year-old actress, was allegedly charged with a misdemeanor domestic battery that following day in Chesapeake. Rivera court hearing was at Kanawha County Magistrate Court as she arrived in a gray sweatshirt in handcuffs.
Court records show that she was released on bond shortly after her appearance.
