TYRESE CAN NOT GIVE HIS DAUGHTER ANY MORE CORPORAL PUNISHMENT, PER JUDGES ORDERS!
Earlier this week, Tyrese regained joint custody of his 10-year old daughter, after the judge over his very messy custody case dismissed his Ex-Wife’s child abuse claim. 
However there are still some strings attached, including the judge prohibiting Tyrese from physically abusing his daughter.
The list series of conditions, include:
— Neither Tyrese nor Norma Gibson can use corporal punishment in disciplining 10-year-old Shayla.
— Tyrese must take parenting classes focused on appropriate disciplining of his daughter.
— Both Tyrese and Norma must enroll in “high conflict parenting classes.”
— Tyrese and Shayla must enroll in joint therapy with a psychologist. Shayla must also undergo individual counseling.
In addition to joint custody, Tyrese has Shayla for both XMAS and New Year’s and all of his visits with her must be in Southern California.
