THINGS ARE NOT LOOKING GOOD!
As many women still continue to come forward explaining their interaction with Hollywood Executive Harvey Weinstein, however, actress Lupita Nyong’o can now be added to the list. The actress met Weinstein in Berlin while she was a student at Yale School of Drama. Nyong’o first impression of the Hollywood Executive was charming. Nyong’o knew he was a big time producer in the industry and describes him as somebody that you need to know while being in this business. As she describe him she even said Weinstein is someone to be cautious around.
Nyong’o first encounter with Weinstein was during a film that had made her feel uncomfortable. Weinstein had offered to give Nyong’o a massage and led her into a room. However, Nyong’o freaked out about the situation and ended up flipping it to the point where she would give him a massage instead. As they were in the room Weinstein lay on the bed while Nyong’o gave him a massage. During the time Nyong’o was giving him the massage she was thinking of ways to remove herself from the situation especially when Weinstein offered to take his pants off and Nyong’o was not going for that. Nyong’o feels like it is time to speak up about situations like this and to end the conspiracy of silence.
