{STREETZ MORNING TAKEOVER} Kodak Black Conducted On Sexual Charges!

Kodak Black has been indicted on first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Kodak Black has been accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in a hotel coming back from one of his shows in February 2016. The assault occurred in a Comfort Inn Suites in Florence County, and the victim was a fan who attended his show earlier that night.

According to the victim Kodak took the teen and a friend back to his hotel, where he “told” her he “couldn’t help himself” and forced himself on her.

A representative from Atlantic Records told the Daily News that the label is aware of the indictment about the sexual charges and knows it “apart of the process determining his pending case.

WPDE news announced Monday that if Octave is convicted, Kodak will be facing up to 30 years in prison. No trial date had been set while they announced his charge’s during his press conference.
