TI IS NOT HOLDING HIS TONGUE!
Joel Osteen has been catching a lot of heat the past couple days.
The mega church pastor has been getting dragged on social media for not immediately opening up the doors to his Lakewood Church to the victims of Hurricane Harvey.
TI was one of his biggest critics.
“This is why people (like me) don’t trust the mega churches. How can someone (especially a so called man of God) make 70+ Ms a year TAX FREE from citizens of a city that’s now in distress & in dyer need of food, water, & shelter NOT open the doors of God’s House (supposedly) to help those in need? @joelosteen you sir are a fraud!!!! Ministers, preachers, pastors and reverends are all supposed to be servants sent here to do the Lord’s work, not just sitting back in comfort watching as Satin has his way!! FOH!!!”
As you can see, TI did not hold back. Osteen responded by saying that they have never intended to close their doors. He states that they were waiting for the local shelters to reach capacity before taking the stand as a distribution center, giving out necessary items to those in need.
