STREETZ HAS ALL THE DETAILS FROM HURRICANE HARVEY
Hurricane Harvey has made its way to Texas this past weekend and has damaged and effected homes, business, and community all across the southeastern Texas. Unfortunately the floodwaters saying that they are expecting the waters to continue to rise for several more days.
The storm started on August 24th and end August 25th. Officials said that there are nearly 300,000 people who will possibly end up in the emergency shelters and about 450,000 people who will have to register as disaster victims with the federal government.
There are many ways to get involved and assist the Hurricane Harvey victims. Texans star JJ Watts helped raise over 500,00 dollars!
The American Red Cross is accepting donations by phone and online. Donors may text HARVEY to 90999 to make a $10 donation, or call 1-800-RED-CROSS.
