Live Nation has been sued by the parents of Roxanne Ngo, a HARD Festival attendee who died in an apparent overdose at the California festival in 2016.
The suit alleges negligence and wrongful death following Ngo’s MDMA overdose. It also notes that the festival was “oversold,” “overcrowded,” and was not sufficiently staffed with police, medical teams, and water. Three people died at the HARD in 2016.
