Is this enough for the family’s pain and suffering? According to The New York Post, a Staten Island judge approved nearly $4 million in payments to the family.
The Post reports that Garner’s 3-year-old daughter, Legacy Jayleen Garner-Miller will receive $1.3 million, while his widow Esaw Snipes, will receive around $1.4 million.
Garner’s other daughters Erica and Emerald Snipes will each receive $163,600 and their older brother Eric will get $204,000. Eric’s other son Emery, who is a minor, will receive $482,000.
