BRIDAccording to sources, 25-year-old Kate Elizabeth Prichard pulled out a gun on her new hubby shortly after saying “I do.”
The New York Posts reports she pulled the firearm from beneath her wedding dress, pointed it at her groom’s head, and pulled the trigger. Authorities said they were drinking and arguing outside of a Murfreesboro, Tennessee motel when the incident took place.
“She pulled out of her wedding dress a 9 mm pistol. Pointed it at her new husband’s head and pulled the trigger,” Murfreesboro Police Sgt. Kyle Evans told News Channel 5. “After the incident, she went to the bathroom and disposed of the weapon hiding it in the bathroom.”
Luckily, the gun wasn’t loaded so no one was hurt.
Police took the pistol-packing brand into custody, in her wedding dress and all. She was released from jail on $15,000 bond.
