Migos are taking over! As if they haven’t already. Rapper Offset was seen out shopping with girlfriend Cardi B while paparazzi chased him down with questions about Joe Budden and Chris Brown beef. Although he didn’t say too much about beef with either he did reveal some tea. Towards the end of the interview, Offset revealed that Culture II will be dropping in October.
